Tandoori Favourites

Our tandoor oven is the heart of the kitchen. It runs at over 400°C all service, turning out chicken tikka, seekh kebab, and naan with the distinctive smoky char that only clay-oven cooking delivers.

The tandoori mixed grill is a favourite for first-time visitors — it gives you a taste of everything from the tandoor in one plate. For regulars, the lamb cutlet and tandoori prawns are standout choices.

Slow-Cooked Classics

Some dishes cannot be rushed. Our dal makhani simmers overnight before it reaches your table. The lamb rogan josh and goat curry are slow-cooked for hours until the meat falls apart. These are the dishes that define North Indian home cooking at its best.

Not sure what to order for your table? Here is what we recommend for a group of four: start with a mixed entree platter to share. For mains, try one butter chicken, one lamb rogan josh, and one dal makhani or palak paneer. Add two garlic naan, one plain naan, and a bowl of jeera rice.
