Our kitchen prepares your food fresh — we don’t pre-make dishes and let them sit. Once your order is ready, it’s packaged and dispatched for delivery. Most deliveries within our core delivery area (Turramurra, Pymble, Killara, Wahroonga) arrive within 30–45 minutes of ordering, depending on how busy the kitchen is. Indian food should arrive hot, fresh, and exactly as the chef intended. We’ve put a lot of thought into how we package delivery orders. Curries go in sealed, leak-proof containers that hold their heat. Naan and breads are wrapped in foil to stay warm and maintain their soft texture. Rice is packaged separately so it stays fluffy and doesn’t absorb curry sauce during transit. Starters are packed to maintain their crunch. Each dish is clearly labelled so you know exactly what’s in each container without having to open them all. Your butter chicken arrives creamy, your naan arrives warm, and your biryani arrives fluffy — not a soggy, lukewarm mess in a plastic bag.

Delivery is available during all our opening hours — dinner Monday to Sunday from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and lunch Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Last delivery orders are accepted 45 minutes before closing. Our most popular delivery orders include butter chicken with garlic naan, lamb rogan josh with rice, chicken biryani, and the tandoori mixed grill. Time your order so the food arrives when you're ready to eat. If you want dinner at 7:30 PM, place your order around 6:45–7:00 PM to allow for preparation and delivery. On Friday and Saturday nights, the kitchen is busier, so order a little earlier to account for longer preparation times. When your delivery arrives, serve it as soon as possible for the best experience. Our containers hold heat well, but food is always best when it's fresh. If you're feeding a family and not everyone is at the table yet, keep the sealed containers closed until you're ready to serve — they'll stay warm for 15–20 minutes.
