Killara is a suburb that knows how to entertain — and when the occasion is bigger than the dining room at home, Jai Ho is a few minutes up the line. Authentic North Indian food, a private room for up to 60, and a catering team that comes to you.

Our upstairs room seats up to 60 for private events, weddings and corporate dinners, with banquet function packages to suit the group and the budget. BYO is welcome, so you can match your own wine to the menu.

We're a short drive north up the Pacific Highway from Killara — roughly five minutes. We also look after Gordon, Lindfield and Pymble, so a Killara celebration is always close to home.

We're open for dinner seven nights, 5:30 to 10pm, with a relaxed lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 3pm — easy to build a Killara evening or a lazy weekend lunch around. Bring your own wine or beer and we'll look after the glassware and corkage; if you're skipping the alcohol, our mango, sweet and strawberry lassis, masala chai and fresh juices are all made in-house.

Start at the tandoor: naan cooked to order, chicken tikka, Lucknow sheekh kebab and lamb cutlets are the dishes our regulars order every time. Ask for the dal makhani too — it sits over charcoal overnight and is worth having for the table.
