Dietary Options — Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free
Vegetarian
North Indian cuisine has one of the richest vegetarian traditions in the world, and our menu reflects that. We offer over 15 vegetarian dishes that are full-flavoured mains — not side dishes or afterthoughts.
Popular choices include dal makhani (slow-cooked overnight black lentils), palak paneer (spinach with cottage cheese), paneer butter masala, chana masala, aloo gobi, and malai kofta. Each dish is made with freshly ground spices and cooked from scratch.
Vegan
Many of our vegetarian dishes are naturally vegan or can be easily adapted. Dishes like chana masala, aloo gobi, baingan bharta, vegetable biryani, and mixed vegetable curry are all made without dairy.
For other dishes, just let your server know and our kitchen can adjust. We can substitute cream with coconut milk and remove ghee where needed. Tandoori roti is our vegan-friendly bread option.
Gluten-Free
Most of our curries, rice dishes, and tandoori items are naturally gluten-free. Dishes like butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, dal makhani, and all our biryanis are safe choices for those avoiding gluten.
Our naan bread contains wheat flour, but steamed basmati rice and tandoori roti can work as gluten-free alternatives depending on your sensitivity. Please let your server know about any allergies and we will advise on safe options.
Allergies & Special Requests
We take food allergies seriously. If you have a nut allergy, dairy intolerance, or any other dietary requirement, please tell your server when you order. Our kitchen can accommodate most requests.
