These terms govern your use of the Jai Ho Indian Restaurant website and our services. By making a booking or order, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability. We hold tables for a reasonable period past the booking time. For large groups and functions we may require confirmation and, for functions, a deposit. Please let us know in advance of any cancellation.

Functions and catering

Function and catering bookings require at least 2 days' notice; December and peak periods should be booked earlier. Function bookings may require a deposit and final guest numbers by an agreed date. Banquet menus and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

BYO

Jai Ho is a BYO restaurant. Corkage fees apply. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol in accordance with NSW responsible service of alcohol laws.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Menu items and prices may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed for functions.

Allergies and dietary requirements

While we take care with allergies and dietary needs, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a given allergen. Please advise staff of any requirements.
